Fieldstone foundation massive wrap around porch

Though most of the house is not visible there are some great original details in this old image.  A massive wrap around porch for one. Unknown location though given the massive porch and palmtrees this is most likely a warm climate. Even the street curb appears to be a series of stones covered in a concrete cap. Might be a historic city detail someone recognizes?
