Unknown location but it does look very Portland. The back of the photo has an address on "11th st" but it's different than the address on the building in the photo. Portland got new addresses in the 1930's (this is a pre 30's photo) making 11th St into 11th Ave. The original address could be "126 E 11th St". The new address would be on SE 11th Ave. I was unable to find this structure using the Sanborn maps. 126 E 11th would be somewhere in the Brooklyn/Sellwood neighborhood.
