Old homestead photo of Anaconda or Terry Montana

I'm not sure what the exact location of this photo was. The back of the photo is labeled: "Dad & Mom Babcock at Terry Mont" but then also "C.G. Babcock 421 Oak Street Anaconda Mont".It's for sure Montana and those town exist but which one? Mystery continues....
