"Modern Bungalow" on the Road of a Thousand Wonders

I'm not entirely sure this is even Portland as I have some similar postcards that say Portland but are actually homes in California. Also not too sure what this "Road of a Thousand Wonders" is. Sove the river rock foundation and the very simple stone wall!

  1. Except for that immature palm tree, what a pretty yard! Is there any kind of date?

  2. "The Road of a Thousand Wonders" was an advertising slogan in the 1910s and 1920s of the Southern Pacific Company, whose rail lines spread from San Francisco south to Los Angeles, east to El Paso and New Orleans and Reno and Ogden, and north to Portland.
